"Thank you again as always for your continuous support"

"As a cluster we get the best of both worlds. The credibility of a world class organisation such as IoE lending their support to our programme via the LCLL (Leadership Colab) together with the flexibility to offer a national qualification within a local context. This has meant that we have been able to target training where it is going to add most value within our schools  and also bring together leaders from across the local community – from all phases – to spend quality time together. There is rarely an opportunity to do this. By establishing a local cluster the cohort work together over the entire programme and establish links which extend beyond the face-to-face sessions. In this way a supportive leadership network is established across a local group of schools. The excellent support we get from the Colab team means that it is stress free to run a cluster. They maintain contact and are easily and readily available should we or the participants need them. The opportunity for senior staff to work as facilitators is an added benefit and supports career progression for them"

“Just to let you know that, as of this holiday, 50% of our last local cohort have achieved a promotion into senior leadership. I thought you might like to read the last email that we got:”

"I wanted to let you know that I have passed the NPQSL! Thank you so much for your support and the fantastic way you both led the course. I use the skills you helped me to develop all the time. I also wanted to let you know that I will be leaving (my current school) and starting as Deputy Head in September, all change again! Just wanted to say another massive thank you!"
